Psalm 7:11 (NKJV)
God is a just judge,
And God is angry with the wicked every day.
Luke 17:2 (NKJV)
2 It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, than that he should [a]offend one of these little ones.
Opening:
In the days in which we are living the remnant of the Lord’s church is facing great opposition from the camps of the enemy; some have been bombarded with constant harassment, torment, and witchcraft attacks by both known and secret enemies.
However, the Lord has not left us without vehicles or means to stop, deter, and quench the rage of the enemy and his diabolical plans against His Church.
Most of us have made use and are making use of the various warfare strategies that the Lord has afforded us to learn and equip ourselves with. Our declarations and decrees are extremely powerful and so are the verdicts in our favor that are given to us by the Father from His royal courts when we request a hearing with Him in order to put judicial protections in place that will provide fierce consequence against those that violate such orders handed down from His courts on our behalf.
Defining Restraining Order:
A restraining order or protective order is an order used by a court to protect a person, business, company, establishment, or entity, and the general public, in a situation involving alleged domestic violence, assault, harassment, stalking, or sexual assault.
The court will order the adverse party to refrain from certain actions or require compliance with certain provisions. Failure to comply is a violation of the order which can result in the arrest and prosecution of the offender. Violations in some jurisdictions may also constitute criminal or civil contempt of court.
Defining Injunctions:
An injunction is a legal and equitable remedy in the form of a special court order that compels a party to do or refrain from specific acts."When a court employs the extraordinary remedy of injunction, it directs the conduct of a party, and does so with the backing of its full coercive powers." A plenary power or plenary authority is a complete and absolute power to take action on a particular issue, with no limitations. It is derived from the Latin term plenus ("full").
A party that fails to comply with an injunction faces criminal or civil penalties, including possible monetary sanctions and even imprisonment. They can also be charged with contempt of court.
Defining Contempt of Court:
A finding of being in contempt of court may result from a failure to obey a lawful order of a court, showing disrespect for the judge, disruption of the proceedings through poor behavior, or publication of material or non-disclosure of material, which in doing so is deemed likely to jeopardize a fair trial.
A judge may impose sanctions such as a fine or jail for someone found guilty of contempt of court, which makes contempt of court a process crime.
Psalm 2: 1-6 (NKJV)
The Messiah’s Triumph and Kingdom
2 The kings of the earth set themselves, And the rulers take counsel together, Against the Lord and against His Anointed,[d] saying,
3 “Let us break Their bonds in pieces And cast away Their cords from us.”
4 He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision. 5 Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, And distress them in His deep displeasure: 6 “Yet I have [e]set My King On My holy hill of Zion.”
Luke 18:1-8 (NKJV)
The Parable of the Persistent Widow’s Court Case
18 Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart, 2 saying: “There was in a certain city a judge who did not fear God nor [a]regard man. 3 Now there was a widow in that city; and she came to him, saying, [b]‘Get justice for me from my adversary.’ 4 And he would not for a while; but afterward he said within himself, ‘Though I do not fear God nor regard man, 5 yet because this widow troubles me I will [c]avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.’ ”
6 Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge said. 7 And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? 8 I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”
Daniel 7: 9-10, 22
A Vision of The Ancient of Days
9 “I watched till thrones were [d]put in place, And the Ancient of Days was seated; His garment was white as snow, And the hair of His head was like pure wool. His throne was a fiery flame, Its wheels a burning fire; 10 A fiery stream issued And came forth from before Him. A thousand thousands ministered to Him; Ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him. The [e]court was seated, And the books were opened. 22 until the Ancient of Days came, and a judgment was made in favor of the saints of the Most High, and the time came for the saints to possess the kingdom.
“Restitution! ...Is coming to The Lord’s children to pay us back for the warfare we have endured at the hand of the enemy and the workers of iniquity, some of us for years.”
Restitution: The restoration of something lost or stolen to its proper owner. Recompense for injury or loss.
